For this service, we charge 1 week's rent plus an 8% management fee. Alternatively, if landlords prefer to be more involved in the rent collection process, they can opt for our Rent Collection service, where we charge 2 weeks' rent and a 4% management fee. Tenants receive the same exceptional service and attention to ensure a seamless rental experience for all parties involved.
